Ildefonso Moyano is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. After holding various leadership positions as Director of Sales and General manager in well-known hotels and chains, Ildefonso transitioned to the world of SaaS and currently serves as the VP of Customer Success, Onboarding & Global Education at Mews, one of the industry leaders and top ranked companies in HotelTech. Ildefonso holds a Master in Revenue Management by the Cornell University, and MBA degree from UOC Barcelona. He also teaches as an associate professor in several international business schools in Barcelona, where he is passionate about sharing his knowledge and experience with the next generation of business leaders. Throughout his career, Ildefonso has developed a reputation for excellence in customer service and a keen ability to build and grow top performing teams.
